Implementation is Leah’s focus, working with the development industry to make sense of contributions, and to make sure the contributions process facilitates, not hinders, development projects. Leah also works to build understanding and capacity with local government through education and process improvement projects.

She strongly believes that effective collaboration between the government and the development industry is essential for creating workable land use and infrastructure plans. This belief is what drove her to work with the team to develop Parsel.
