Jo spends much of her time working with people to help them understand the importance of infrastructure planning and ensuring it contributes positively to places as they develop. She has long recognised that there was a gap in the market for an interactive tool that everyone can use. This recognition and her extensive experience in the field are why Jo was keen to develop a tool like Parsel, making it easier for all stakeholders to navigate and utilise infrastructure plans effectively.
