Parsel was born out of a desire to simplify and improve land use and infrastructure planning. These plans are essential for equitable cost distribution of shared infrastructure, but they are often complex and difficult to navigate.  

Mesh saw the need for a spatially interactive tool that could make these plans more accessible and understandable. We engaged extensively with industry and government stakeholders to obtain feedback and insights, ensuring that Parsel meets the needs and expectations of its users.
